SURESTAY HOTEL BY BEST WESTERN BEVERLY HILLS WEST LA, Los Angeles – Your ideal downtown stay

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, unfortunately, were not up to par as they smelled musty and were quite small, with a dirty carpet and malfunctioning bathtub. On the bright side, the two king bed room was perfect for my needs. The service, however, was excellent and friendly, although I was surprised by being offered a room with a broken lock. The location was convenient, especially for accessing Hollywood and other attractions, and the proximity to The Grove for dining and shopping was a plus. The dining options were basic, and I was only offered a granola bar, muffins, and orange juice instead of a proper breakfast. Facilities seemed decent, although there could have been more options. Overall, I expected a better experience given the price I paid.

The hotel is in a great location, close to must-visit areas and ideal for shopping and dining. The rooms are cozy but a bit noisy, with small spaces and minor issues like the plastic cover on the bathroom door handle. The service was friendly and accommodating, although there were some mishaps with reservations. The dining experience was satisfactory, offering a decent selection for a quick meal on-the-go.
